House & Baby & White Trash

Here is our little girl...these PJs are just too cute...i wish we could spray her with something and she could stay this size forever!!!! I LOVE HER. This is her Halloween outfit...so yes - it has been quite a while since i uploaded pics....she had a great time going with daddy.

And in the Halloween spirit...myself and a few other teachers dressed up and did a dance to "thriller" in our pep rally - it was a lot of fun and the kids LOVED it....we are on you tube if you search it correctly - you can see the performance.

Here is our fireplace...is it looking so good....i can't wait.

Here is Beth pushing around her baby in the stroller...she LOVES to push that thing...she only loves riding in a stroller more.

Isn't she a beautiful little lady - even with chocolate on her face.

More pictures of our fireplace...i am just a little proud...can you tell?

Here is the Kid's Bath

Here is the guest Bath....notice the screws that my builder is using for spacers...but hey - he is cheap - and this is good for us.

Here is a picture of our bathtub.

Our garage doors came in!!!

Some of my cabinets came in...this Storage unit goes in the kids bathroom for their hamper...and the linens and such.

Here is a partial picture of our shower tile design in our master.

And Beth is awesome at riding rocking tractors and horses...she is having fun at Nanna's.

And we had a "white trash" party to go to ... so we went all out for the occasion.

Steph and I had a tad too much fun with the makeup...can you tell?

And Christi had a tad too much fun going all out with the furniture and stuff in the front yard...yes in town...in Santa Rita...and yes - people were driving by very slowly....i can only imagine what they were thinking....we had an awesome time...can't wait to find out what next year's theme will be?

And here is the birthday girl herself...how about that for a trashy outfit...way to go Christi.

And the infamous 5 girl picture....what a time.

More house and fun

WOOHOO!!!! More rock is giong up everyday...this is the back side of the house. Here is the front of the house...you can see the garage in the back corner...no rock on the front yet...but they are working on that this week...woohoo!!!!
I am standing in our living room...taking a picture of our kitchen....This is the eating bar - they finally finished rocking it...the sheetrockers finished in a week (mud, floating and texturing)...it was crazy...so i guess Brian (our builder) will clean up the floors this week...and stain them in the next week or two...and then the painter will start priming...and painting while we wait on cabinets...it is always the cabinets that slow it down - at least that is what they say.

Beth LOVES to hold cups...and poor out the contents...so the lids don't last too long...just don't share with her unless you are prepared to lose your drink for good.

And apparently....she loves to eat and WEAR butter & jelly toast. My mom eats it for a snack all the time...and Beth got a taste...and ended up like this. Bath time was much needed.

All of us girls hanging out at the boys and girls club fundraiser...we had a blast...too bad Haleigh missed out. Haven't had that good of a time in forever!!!

Jamie and Christi having some fun.
Steph and Me...also cracking up.

This is the HUGE caterpillar i purchased at the silent auction that evening...it was too cute...and it was a fund raiser...so why not. Beth loves it...but i think we will put it away for Christmas.

Just too cute...i love my little girl.

Texas Tech cheerleader & a rock house

Here is her cute little Texas Tech bloomers...she was wearing her cheerleading suit - ready for the TEXAS vs TT party at the Battles house.

She is just sporting her little suit so well.
Here she is with Jessa - Jason and Jill's middle daughter.

Here she is with Jolee - Jason and Jill's youngest.

She is playing with Jolee's toys...i figure this picture would make nannie proud. She LOVES to push that stroller...Santa may have to bring her one for Christmas....along with a slide.

She is enjoying the rocking tractor that Papaw bought at the festival last year.

And she loves to go riding...so i think she thinks that she can ride the lawnmower....pretty funny if you ask me.

So house pictures...here is the beginning of the rock. This is the north side of the house...so you are looking at the kids bedroom windows. We LOVE the rock...i think it is the perfect colors...we paid a little extra for the rectangular rock instead of flagstone - but we like the cleaner look.

Went to a wedding party in Wall - and Beth hit the playground and LOVED it. Might have to take her to park every once and while. Poor little deprived girl - he! he!

Her and Daddy playing on the playground...we couldn't get her away from the slide...she LOVED it.

All that playing wore her out - and Kymbree (Robin and Chad's little girl)...so we put them down in the pack and play so we could stay longer and enjoy the dance. It is crazy how they can sleep thru all that noise.

After an hour of being asleep...it appears as though Beth is a cuddler and Kymbree doesn't seem to mind. We are so lucky to have such great friends with kids the same ages...makes it fun to watch them grow up together.

Ready for church in her new outfit...she is precious.

This is a picture of the rock on the garage wall on our patio...i just can't get over how talented those guys are that lay rock...it is amazing.

And our big ole fireplace is finally in....we will painting those red bricks...and i can't wait till it is rocked in - i think it will look fabulous...and most of all - it is acutally big enough to burn logs. Woohoo!!!!

More House Pictures

Here is the front door...it will be stained a deep walnut. Here is the first pile of rock that will be put on the house...mostly white with some brown and gray mixed in. It will cover the whole house.
This is our view from our Master Bedroom porch...we are looking toward the South.

So pretend you were standing on the porch you see here and you would get the view above. This is the South side of our house....you see the garages and the bedroom door, window, and master bath window. This is the view from the front porch, you are looking East...you can see the half circle drive (yes it is caliche).

This is the front of the house...so pretend you are on this porch and you would get the view above. This is the view to the West...I LOVE the windmill ...i just think it is such a beautiful scene. SO if you ever come join us on our back porch...you will get to enjoy the same view..

Here is the back porch...this is the WEST of the house. Standing there you can see the view above. Here is the Northwest corner view of the house - i think it gives the best view of our back porch. I am thinking we might not need the backhoe in the landscaping...HE! HE!

Here is Beth with Nana Sally. We went to Chad's 8th grade football game at wall - some sweet little girl gave Beth the pom poms and she LOVED them.

Here is Beth with Little Jill - Beth took her purse and acted little a little princess. Little Jill is sooooo good with her.
Here is the terrific twosome again....Little Jill just keeps getting more and more beautiful. She will be a heartbreaker - no doubt.

Beth showing off the purse from little Jill, it was like she knew exactly what to do with it.... a little scary for me (the tomboy)...but hey - whatever. She sure looked cute. She might turn out like her Aunt Tessa and LOVE purses.

We celebrated Pa's (Beth's great-grandpas) birthday - and Aunt Diane took us all for a carriage ride....it was really cool. How neat is this?

The horse and buggy thing is the coolest. We got to ride with Abi and Aaron and Sydney and Lindsey - but this a quick pick before everyone got on board. I am so glad Beth gets to experience such neat things.
